ISP Advanced Technology HydroCat Robotic System is an omni-directional surface preparation vehicle that attaches itself, using vacuum, to any vertical, horizontal or overhead surface. With the ISP HydroCat Robotic System a single operator can remove coatings at a rate of up to 325-425 with ISP 40K UHP Pump or 450-550 with ISP 55K UHP Pump. The ISP HydroCat Robotic System is capable of 750 square feet per hour depending on coating milages. Nothing cleans and is more environmental safe as the ISP HydroCat Robotic System. It collects 100% of the water & removed coatings and rust and leaving an ultra-clean and dry surface.

The coatings and water are transported to a Dewatering Vacuum Box, where the removed coatings are contained on top ISP special suspended Micro Liner for easy haul-away and disposal. The dispense water drains through the Micro Liner and dispense water is pumped out daily to ISP Triple Pod Filter System. Filter Water is at a high clarity level less than 10 PPM generally acceptable for disposal into treated sewers or drain systems. The adjacent work area is very environment clean and safe.

The ISP HydroCat Robotic System is powered by ISP UHP industry standard—the 55K most recommended or ISP 40K Pumps. ISP HydroCat Vac Unit completes the system by providing the vacuum that attaches the ISP HydroCat Robotic to the work surface, and the vacuum that conveys the removed coatings and dispense water to the Dewatering Vacuum Box. Total personal to run ISP HydroCat Robotic System would consist 1-Operator, 1-Techinican and 3-Labors a total of 5-Personnel.

The ISP HydroCat Robotic System is equally effective on vertical surfaces such as Storage Tanks, Ship Hulls and Tanks Interior & Exterior. On horizontal surfaces such as Storage Tank Roof Tops, Flat Decks, Helidecks and on overhead surfaces such as the bottom of Ship Hulls and Decks. It traverses smoothly over weld seams, doubler plates, lap joints and riveted seams. It easily moves in and around keel blocks and other common obstructions. The ISP HydroCat Robotic System will not cause any metal loss and leaves the existing anchor profile as initially instated ultra clean metal. Painting and stripping can be performed simultaneously.
