FILTRATION

Providing product and self-sufficient disposal for UHP water blasting

Dispensed Water Filtration System

We have engineered and designed a cleaner way to dispose of water from UHP water blasting. Using a 2 inch diaphragm pump, we push the dispensed water from UHP water blasting through our patent pending filtration system. The dispensed water runs through three specially designed filters to clean the water. Once it reaches the discharge manifold the particles in the water range from 4 - 10 parts per million (ppm). Government regulates that land and offshore water disposal to be no more than 29 PPM. Therefore, water dispensed from this system in most cases can be discharged into process lines, sewers, drains, etc.

Aqua-Clean Lead Abatement

Our Aqua-Clean system has been developed from non-hazardous inorganic compounds manufactured in the USA. It consists of irregularly shaped particles which specifically target heavy metals in liquids. The compounds react with the metals as they come into contact, forming an insoluble solid which adheres to the irregular surface of the Aqua-Clean System. This system is the next step in applying inorganic compound technology to environmental problems such as industrial waste water, and runoff water from remediation areas; problems not readily addressed by mechanical mixing of media.

The UHP blasting waste water is first moved through our patent-pending dispensed water filtration system before the Aqua-Clean system. This allows for a less invasive treatment which drastically reduces treatment costs by alleviating the need for transportation and costly disposal.

Air Prep Volume Unit

Our 950 CFM Air Prep Volume Units are designed to cool down compressed air and remove all moisture for UHP water blasting. Compressed air enters a pre-filter that removes contaminants and condensed moisture. The air then travels through a fan-cooled radiator, where it is cooled to cause moisture to condense. The cooled air and water droplets flow into a separator tank, where the air expands and causes further condensation. The spinning movement of the air stream separates out the condensed moisture leaving the air at an acceptable state for operations.

Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration

Before using any water for operations, we must first bring the water to an acceptable state for surface preparation tasks. Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration is a water treatment process that removes contaminants from water by using pressure to force water molecules through a semipermeable membrane. During this process, the contaminants are filtered out and flushed away, leaving ultra-clean water for water blasting operations.
